Biography

Formed in 1993, in Denver Co., the band's debut "Electric Babylon" was released in 1997 receiving international distribution and is still popular today. Featuring 7 instrumentals and 5 vocal tunes, styles ranged from hard rock to acoustic blues. Instrumental tracks display Danny's technical virtuosity and innovative, unique guitar work. All eleven of the songs are well crafted and have stood the test of time. In 2000 the band released "Till the Moon Goes Away", a foray into the blues and classic rock realm. "Keepers of the Time" recently released in 2006 returns to the style of 'Babylon' evolving the sound of the band. Currently the band performs throughout the Denver Metro area and is working on an upcoming CD featuring vocalist Lori Gorklo. Greg Blankenship on Bass has been a mainstay for 7 years solidifying our player's player lineup.

The band highlights the chemistry between guitar virtuouso Danny Masters and unique, powerful vocalist Lori Gorklo. Complimented by an incredible rhythm team the group delivers stylish rock, blues and acoustic material with charisma which is fresh and yet familiar. The tight unit spans 3 released CDs from 1997s Electic Babylon, influenced by the technical genius of contemporary rock guitarists, through the blues inspired 'Til the Moon Goes Away, to the evolved compositional style of Keeper's of the Time with an upcoming debut for Lori stretching and further defining the acoustic, rock and blues writing talents. The songs are catchy, marketable and also intelligent with depth. The magic synergy between the players belies a simple 3 piece ensemble. The band is influenced by classic rock like Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Eric Johnson, Rush and Stevie Ray Vaughn recreating the best of the elements.
